Project Manager
Location: ACT, QLD or VIC
Security Clearance: TSPV
Contract Period: 12 months + 1 × 6 month extension

The Opportunity:
Project Managers plan and manage the delivery of projects.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain Emanation Security policy, technology and resources. Assist with identifying and calculating component costs for financial planning and budgeting. Collate required financial data and reports for analysis.
Lead in developing a technology and training change management approach and a change management plan in collaboration with stakeholders, sponsors and industry. Create and implement action plans and support change sponsors.
Adopt appropriate project management methods and tools. Manage the change control process and manage risks and issues.
Define and manage scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation of activities for initiatives identified in the uplift of Emanation Security capability. Establish requirements base lines and obtains formal agreement to ensure traceability.
Identifies communication and relationship needs of stakeholder groups. Facilitates and participates in the authoring and review of policy, guidance and training materials for the upskilling required.
