The Opportunity:

Operations Coordinators plan and coordinate gateway activities and manage escalations. 

The Gateway lead is responsible for the running of day-to-day operations whilst ensuring the availability of critical services and components across the environment. This role also needs to ensure that the gateway maintains the security requirements and documentation, the role will help lead investigations into both services outages and security breaches within the gateway. The Gateway Lead will act as a central coordination point for senor leadership, ensuring effective communication, prioritisation and alignment of resources across teams and stakeholder.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides advice and guidance on the planning, design and improvement of service and component availability. 

• Investigates all breaches of availability targets and service non-availability and initiates remedial activities. 

• Manages and prioritises the schedules and communication of senior managers and leadership teams to ensure efficient use of time and resources. 

• Ensures managers have the information and resources needed to support ongoing processes and changes in processes. 

• Engages and collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders, including those at the management level. 

• Gains agreement from stakeholders to conclusions and recommendations.
